Jira HTTP to HTTPS configuration

Hi

I am currently having issue with trying to configure our Jira to run on SSL/HTTPS from HTTP.

I've made changes to the Jira configuration tool with a self sign Keystore. < - this is all done successfully.

I've also made changes to the server.xml by adding the following changes to both the HTTP and HTTPS Connector Port ""line.:

relaxedPathChars="[]|" relaxedQueryChars="[]|{}^\`"<>"

However, when I start Jira, it fails. the error message that I got is:

The server.xml file is missing parameters needed by Jira to handle requests that contain special characters.

I am currently using Jira v8.3.0

Some assistant would be great
