We’re having an issue with our incoming mail. We stopped receiving Jira notifications last night around 12:05 AM. If you look at one of the attached screenshots, you’ll see that there are lots of messages stuck in the Mail Queue.
I’ve also attached a screenshot showing a test mail I tried to initiate. It looks like there error is ConnectException: Connection refused (Connection refused).
We tried resetting our server and flushing out the mail queue, but to no avail. Can you please investigate for possible solutions.
