Jira Cloud for Sheets

I installed the Jira Cloud for Sheet application, but I can't use it.
After running the installation, the menu does not work, so I can make the necessary settings.
How should I proceed?
I have already uninstalled and installed the app again, however I was not successful.

I had already read the post, however without success.
The problem that I am not able to solve is that the menu is disabled.

I am also unable to use JIRA for Google Sheets. Like to screenshot above, the extension is greyed out.
