Jira Cloud comments the activity feed show as guids in the cloud app...

see attached pics -not sure why some still show as names but most show as guids....

Is there a way we can prevent that and get back to names so we can see who was notified or mentioned on a comment?

Hi Andreas,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community and thank you for sharing the screenshot.
This issue seems to be related to the renderer of the field.
Please, go to the Project settings of the project PSR > Fields >  > Search for the field "Comment" > Renderers > Select the Wiki Style Renderer > Update > Update.

After that, check the Activity Stream again to test.

Note that, this configuration is for this project only, so if there are other affected projects you need to change this configuration one by one.
