Jira 9.4.2: Filters/My open Issues is not loading in Jira after rerouting of network traffic

We have rerouted the traffic so it looks like this:

Traffic: User - > BigIP -> IBM HTTP -> HAProxy -> Jira server

We experience now for some users that filters are not loading in Chrome, Firefox, Edge so all browsers. Basically they are unable to search for issues.

In some cases it helps to clear browser history, but not in all cases

If we enforce traffic through change in host file to old route the problem is gone.

Anyone have had similar experience who manage to solve it?

Can you open the network tab of your browser's developer tools and see which requests are failing?

Jira uses it's own API and I assume it can not talk to itself because of your network setup.
