It is one of the things I thought it might be - your network connection is not able to reach all of the servers your Cloud system is based on.
This might be on your side, with firewalls or failed DNS services getting in the way, but it may also be a service in between your network and the Atlassian Cloud systems blocking you. At the moment, there are two well-known systems that are examples of that - the great firewall of China, and Atlassian's active blocking of organisations that may be supportive of the invasion of Ukraine.

Thanks! Seems that it was a network issue on my side. After changing the wi-fi networks and a few restarts of the router, now - it works...
The strange thing was that Confluence worked and the rest of the web pages were ok.
