JIRA 'Time Tracking Report' filter for ALL project versions..?

Andrew Maguire April 1, 2021

Hi,

The JIRA (cloud) 'Time Tracking Report' produces a very useful indication of time Progress and Accuracy (see attached image). However, you are forced to filter the report on a single version.

Is there a way to filter across ALL versions of a project and thus get an indication of Progress and Accuracy across all versions and issues in the entire project?

I'm specifically interested in progress as time spent vs. original estimated time (see attached image).

..this would be an incredibly useful overview to drop into a report.

many thanks.

Hello @Andrew Maguire ,

Thanks for reaching out, and unfortunately in the native to Jira feature set there is not a time tracking per-project option at this time.  However, it is something that we are looking into as described in the following feature requests on the Server and Cloud platform respectively, noting in the latest update that they do currently have a high vote count and we are investigating methods to implements this as well as continuing to track interest but do not have a timeline for committing to the feature for development,  So please make sure to add your vote to help us track the continued interest for prioritization efforts as covered in the Implementation of New Features Policy :

For alternative solutions, you can look into third-party tools from the marketplace that extend the native reporting functionality, and a few recommendations for time tracking reporting tools can be found at the following link:

Earl
