JIRA Cloud Premium dont support add html to Message Custom Fields of JIRA Toolkit Plugin?

Hi, we have JIRA Cloud Premium and need show to users a importnt message, in color for example.  But our JIRA dont support this, we try add html to field "Message Custom Fields (to View) or Message Custom Fields (to Edit)" of JIRA Toolkit Plugin, whitout succesfull, in all cases JIRA put this tag html "<p>..</p>" that envelop the text.  Exist any solution?
