We are migrating to cloud soon and we are on server 8.2.4. We are upgrading our version since it is nearing end-of-life. Would like to ask if the JIRA Cloud Migration Assistant is only available in version 8.14.0? Would we have a hard time migrating if we choose a version lower, like for example 8.9.1?
Jira Cloud Migration Assistant is available for version 7.6.0 and newer, you don't need to upgrade to the latest available version. Before you begin, I would recommend you to read this article and do the mentioned pre-checks. The difficulty of the process depends on many factors, but I believe there will be not much difference, if you use version 8.9.1, it is quite new.
