JIRA Activity Timeline

Dear Community,

I am facing one problem while testing on the usage of the Activity Timeline configured with JIRA. Please help me to solve the issue or help me to set up the process to get the required items on UI.

• As per the Activity Timeline user guide, to navigate on the Milestone Panel, we can use the 'Flag' icon visible on the toolbar but I am not been able to get the Milestone Panel from anywhere in my Activity Timeline.

Hi @Preet Kanwal and welcome to the community,

It's weird that the milestones button is not present there. I just installed Activity Timeline and the button is present from the start:

Their cloud documentation about milestones states only:

Their online documentation here: https://activitytimeline.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/AC/pages/46438583/Milestones+Panel doesn't say anything. I would suggest either uninstall/install it again.

In addition

• go to "Apps" > Activity Timeline
• Configuration > Timeline Panel
• Check/uncheck the "Display Issues on Milestones Panel based on Due date"

Hi @Preet Kanwal 

The most likely cause of the hidden Milestones Panel's Flag icon is a small browser window. Please try to find this icon again with the expanded browser window to full screen. 

You can track sprints and fix versions in Milestones Panel as well.
