Hello

We are using Jira software default sales template. We now noticed that some of the data is missing from Board view and also from summary. We had some companies under Closed Won category but suddenly they are gone. If I check from List view, then companies, that are moved to Closed Won field are existing but missing from the board view. Any help on how to get them back?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

In that type of project (Work Management) issues in the columns with green statuses are hidden from the board display automatically when they have been in that column for 14 days or longer. This is not a configurable option.
