Issues while migrating a User Story to an Epic

I moved a User Story with sub-tasks to be an Epic.

During the move the page said migrating 6 issues (I am guessing subtasks were still connected during the migration) but obvously once the Issue is an epic, I am not able to see the children issues and it jumps one level: Epic>User Story>Sub-Task

I had open the sub-tasks in different tabs and start moving them indivudally from sub-tasks and then assign the Epic to each....

The first one went alright, but the second and all the others got dissapeared showing an error message: "Error while migrating in bulk, check Jira logs"

Where can I see Jira logs OR how can I find these subtasks without a parent

Hi @José Carlos De Oliveira Escalona

First of all, you can't see the logs on cloud.

Second of all, I tried to move a Story to an Epic and to my surprise subtasks remained below the Epic!!

I converted successfully one subtask to a story and I wasn't able to reproduce your problem:
