I'm working in Jira cloud, and set up a pretty simple project to track investigations of service issues for our customer service team. The project has one issue type, with three statuses (to-do, in progress, done).
The project has a pretty default agile board, with one column per status. No other filters on the board.
Started entering issues, and when I got to the 27th one (SIRI-27) the issues don't show up on the board any more. Doesn't matter whether they any of the three statuses, they simply don't show up. Search finds the issues just fine.
What am I missing on setup?
Hello @John Hambacher
Welcome to the community.
Are you using a Classic project or a Next Gen project? If it is Next Gen, it will say so at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left side of the screen.
Can you provide us with
1. a screen image of your board
2. a copy of the Board Settings > General screen showing the filter for the board (this applies if you are using a board connected to a Classic project)
3. a screen image of the column mappings for your board
4. a screen image of one of the issues you think should be on the board but is not.

It looks like you enabled the Backlog feature for your board. When that is enabled, the board will display only the issues that have been moved from Backlog to Board.
If you click on Backlog in the nav pane on the left, you should see two sections labeled Board and Backlog. Are the issue that are missing from the board in the Backlog or Board list on the Backlog screen?
