If i create issues by pressing + button from kanban board, they show up from the board.
But, created issues by pressing the make or create button on headerbar do not.
This problem suddenly started to take place 2 weeks ago although it works before the time.
I used to change board filter in the past, but now I can not see any filter or something from board or column setting.
Hello @Jake Kim
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Is this board for a Team Managed project? At the bottom of the panel on the left is a statement that will say the project is either team-managed or company-managed.
For a Team Managed project Kanban board where the Backlog screen has been enabled, issues created using the Create option from the menu bar will indeed be placed in the Backlog. On the Backlog screen you then have to drag the issue from the issue list section labeled "Backlog" to the issue list section labeled "Board" in order to make the issue visible on the board.
Thank you for reply.
The project is Team managed one. (Can I change it to Company-managed one?)
My kanban board has backlog column, but the created issue does not show up as giving me a message like "new issue is created but not listed in kanban board", so I have nothing to drag and drop.
I have another team managed project and it has no problem although all condition is same.
I think this is a Jira bug.
Thanks.

I created a new company-managed project and migrated all the issues into it, and it works well anyway.
Thanks.

Addressing your concern about why the issues don't show up in the backlog column:
With a Company Managed project the inclusion of an issue in the "Backlog" list on the Backlog screen versus being shown on the Board is based on the status of the issue. You can map specific statuses to display in the Backlog screen versus on the Board, and changing the status of the issue will impact where it displays.
With a Team Managed project that is not the case.
An issue can be in any valid status and be visible in either the Backlog list or on the Board. Changing the issue's status does not impact where it displays.
When you create the issue with the Create button in the menu bar, the issue will be created in the Status determined by the workflow, but will always be put into the Backlog issues list when the Backlog feature is enabled rather than on the board. If you execute the action while you are viewing the board, then the issue will not be visible on the board after creation, and you will get the message that the issue is not visible on the board.
The count of issues you see on the Columns screen will reflect the count of all issues in that status, regardless of whether they are visible on the board or in the Backlog list.
If you are experiencing different functionality with another Team Managed project Kanban board, I can't explain that without getting more information about that other board.
