I am unable to move a ticket back from one column to another but the workflow indicates I should be able to. I can't change the workflow as it states 'this workflow scheme is managed internally by JIRA software. Do not manually modify this workflow scheme. We were able to move stories back last week, has something changed?

Are there any Conditions or Validators on the transition in the workflow? What do you mean when you say you cannot move it? The column is not available? You get an error? What happens when you drag the card to the column and drop it?
