In relation to https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/add-or-change-issue-sources-in-a-plan/
I created a plan, with a filter for issue source. My colleagues when navigating to plan's setting do not see any issue source set up, resulting in them seeing empty plan. How to fix that?
Very late response to your question, but I would start by checking to see if your filter has been shared. It's likely a private filter if no one else can see it. Filter - details, edit filter shares is where to go if so. Make the filter shared with a project for example, and make sure those users have been added to that project.
