You cant move this issue to this column due to work flow configuration or permissions
So I go to edit the workflow:

... It seems to be a draft, and so I try to connect the dots between the workflow stage bubbles, but it says I can't do it because it's a draft.
So I Publish it, then try, but it seems to put it in a draft again. Regardless, says I can't modify it, but it doesn't let me do anything
... issue was actually was in the board not having the statuses mapped to the columns.
Looks like I can't delete this question.
