Issue Template for Jira - Summary & Description Templates

Hi, 

I want to add issue templates that will automatically pre-filled with the template when Jira users create an issue. The issue template option isn't appearing under project settings - issues or apps. What is the right location to apply this settings?

Hi @Lottiah Smith

do you mean forms? You can create forms with default values for fields. The fields from the form template will then be prefilled if a user creates an issue. Forms are available for jira service management and jira work management.
