Looks like it from here. But it's unfair to blame SR really, it's the person using it. It's a tool, and a powerful one, which means it can go wrong in the hands of the wrong people.
A bit like letting my SO have the power drill. Yes, it can drill holes in things ranging from plastic through to steel, or be used as a fast screwdriver. It's very powerful. I know roughly what I'm doing with it, and I know when to back off and say "no, this is beyond my skills". She does not. Her old house has some very interesting "architectural features"... The sort that make building control officers start swigging from hip flasks.
