I'm an old school project/programme manager and love MS Project but recently started using Advanced roadmaps in JIRA Cloud. What I do miss is the ability to show 'wait time' for a particular task, i.e. wait time between the task being developed, deployed, tested, deployed to the next environment and onto UAT.
We can change our workflow completely but as we're halfway through a project I don't want to create more chaos. I just want to get a realistic view of the world. What would help me is the ability to take a sub-task and split it to indicate waiting time. Similar to the functionality you have in MS Project.
Is there a way to do this in Advanced Roadmaps or do I need to use a plug in for this type of planning?
