We are currently using Smartsheet to track issues in a client facing log and are looking to transition this to Jira. Is it possible for non-licensed clients to interact with an issues log in Jira? The capacity required would be to log new issues, comment/provide screenshots on existing issues, and workflow notifications sent out when client testing/additional data is required. Any info would be great!

The only thing that would come close is setting up a Jira Service Management project and having the customer create issues through a portal form submission. Then they could add comments. But that's about it outside of having a license.
