Is there a way to map a field in Confluence page to Jira (JDC)? So that data updated in Confluence page reflects in Jira and vice versa.

Hi @Vinay Sharma

Currently, if you are using Confluence Cloud, it just shipped with ability to highlight text in a table and bulk-create JIRA issues. This only supports the "Summary" field in JIRA.

By the way, there an application link with Confluence platform allows you to map fields in Confluence with Jira. It is Elements Copy & Sync. You can find out more information about this add-ons here: https://doc.elements-apps.com/elements-copy-and-sync/3.0/fields-mappings/configuring-confluence-mappings

Hope this help!

Thanks for suggestions Elements Copy & Sync @Nhat Tu , but for @Vinay Sharma  who appears to be using Jira on premise, there is no synchronization between Jira and Confluence on the DC version of the app, just publishing Jira fields to Confluence pages. (And neither Cloud nor DC offer synchronization from Confluence to Jira.)

I would recommend checking out the Confluence DC documentation for more help: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/use-jira-applications-and-confluence-together-427623543.html
