Is there a way to email to a Jira ticket?

I mean sending (or attaching) an email to an existing Jira ticket, not creating a new Jira ticket.

Use Cases

We often have info in an email that we want to have accessible in the Jira ticket.  If we just paste the body of the email the formatting is fouled up.  And sometimes the ticket is about  fixing something that produces an Email artifact.

Hi @Clay Nichols ,

If incoming mail has been set up and you ensure that the issue key is in the subject of the mail, the incoming mail will be added as a comment to the relevant issue.

(see xxxx .atlassian.net/secure/admin/IncomingMailServers.jspa )
