Hi, i am the Jira admin for a company in Financial sector. We have encounter many velocity issues when a User story is wrongly tag to another sprint and will affect the velocity report when the wrong Sprint is closed and we are not able to edit the sprint / User story anymore.

I found an article that the reopen sprint is a feature that is being released.

Is this feature only available for Jira Cloud or it is also available in recent versions of the Jira Data Center?

We are running on Jira Data Center v8.5.6 at the moment.

Hope to hear from the experts here.

Regards.

Hi @Ollie Guan , thanks for the prompt response.

We had this issue where different sprint exist in the current velocity chart of another team. How can we remove this non-existent Sprint from this velocity chart?

Hi

I have found the solution to my answer above based on the fix that was provided from Jira DC version 8.8.0.

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-13783

We will attempt to upgrade the Jira DC version to the latest and see if the fixes will address our current issues with the velocity report.

Thanks.
