Is the Issue Collector functionality available in Jira Cloud Free version?

I attempted to add an Issue Collector to a new company-managed project I created based on the Bug tracking template, but after populating the fields and clicking Submit, nothing is created and I am returned to the "Add issue collector" form screen.

Also, I am only able to select the Custom template as the "Got feedback?" and "Raise a bug" templates are greyed out with the following message displayed:

The issue type you've chosen requires fields other than 'Summary' to create issues. Only custom templates can be created since 'Raise a bug' and 'Got feedback?' will not be able to populate other required fields.

This behavior and message is displayed no matter what Issue Type I try to select/use for the Issue Collector.

Any thoughts, ideas or suggestions?

Is the Issue Collector functionality even available in Jira Cloud Free version?

Thanks for the quick reply Alex.  Yes, I reviewed that doc before submitting my post, and followed the instructions on how to add an issue collector, but still no luck.  The page flashes and then I am back to the form, but the issue collector is not created and it doesn't matter what issue type I try to use in my configuration, I am limited to selecting the Custom template only.  The other two are greyed out and I continually get the message I mentioned above.

I come from a Jira Server background, so it is a little frustrating to not be able to review logs to try to troubleshoot the issue, especially when no warnings or errors are displayed when I hit submit and all it does is refresh the form with my configuration data.

Any other thoughts or things to possibly try or review?

Hi @Rohit Peddakotla, not sure what happened with our instance, maybe an Atlassian version upgrade that fixed the issue as I was able at least create an issue collector now.

With that said though, I am still getting the message about custom templates only.
