Is it possible to see all files at a glance?

Malte Redmann December 13, 2022

I want to see all files associated to a specific project at a glance.

...as in a typical file directory.

Thanks for your answers in advance1

Hi @Malte Redmann ,

As per my knowledge, requested feature is not available.

There is already a ticket with atlassian for downloading attachment. Please refer

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-68871

Atlassian provided below work arounds.

  • Download one by one.
  • Download all attachment using the backup option.
  • Use REST API to retrieve attachment URLs and download them.
  • Use the third-party app: Bulk Attachment Download

Hi @Malte Redmann @Sreenivasaraju P

We have an app in the marketplace which provides backup and restore capability for your Jira cloud site. One of the features we have is for your to see all the attachments that we have backed-up. Please see screenshot below.

You can filter the data based on:

1. Attachment size

2. File extension

3. Projects to which the Attachments belong too

You can also see which specific tickets the attachments belong too and of course restore the attachment in case someone has deleted the file.

Thanks

Vish
