Hi,
Hope you are doing well.
I’m just reaching out to see if you know how to amend filters in Jira to show the type and status of a linked ticket in the filter summary page.
I'm trying to see if we can identity the type of ticket that is linked to the parent ticket as shown above. I believe there are 3 types which are User stories, tasks and defects.
Do you know if there is a way to add some sort of icon next to each linked ticket number which can indicate what type of ticket it is? And then to add a column that shows the status of the linked ticket
Any help would be appreciated!
Kind regards,
Hi @sammy_tleis
I don't think we can do that in Jira filter. You can show link tickets and can easily identify them by using "Plan" feature or go in a project and use "Timeline" feature. Maybe you can search addon on the marketplace which might help you with your requirements.
Best regard,
Khang
