Hi @Colleen Gotling , can you be more specific about what you're experiencing? The problem with trying to debug performance issues within the community is that we have no access. I am not experiencing anything new in the way of sluggishness. I will say that over the past year it has been slower, and I think that is a tribute to software bloat. With that said, I have no Objective data to back that up, but I do trust my eyes. Unfortunately, it looks like that you are on the free plan and as such you can't reach out to Atlassian to have them take a look. I understand that on the free plan you are limited in memory associated to your VM so it could be that your usage has resulted in performance issues. In the past Atlassian support increased my memory to help with performance but that was on Standard plan.
No noticeable changes in performance reported on my instance. Following Jack's lead, have there been any significant changes with how your system's built recently? Are there more forms that were added? Wondering if there's a specific event that may be impacting your performance. I'm assuming everyone is using the same browser, and on the same network. If you change some of those variables, do you experience the same thing?
Is everyone accessing the system from the office, or are people remote? That could also be some things to check. Maybe send someone to the coffee shop, turn on the VPN and see if it's still an issue there?
