We are trying to connect Team SUpport to Jira Cloud via the API. We're getting an error in the Team Support logs that just says Jira returned an unexpected result. Is there a log on the Jira side that we can access to debug the issue? I know there would be in a Jira Server instance, but I don't see any way to find such a thing in Cloud.
