Integration Zabbix with JIRA

Dears,

I integrated Zabbix 6.0 with JIRA with jira webhook for creating casesand all things is working fine, but i have a problem in number of created cases, the id is imcrementd by 2 not by 1.

@Abderrahim NASRI Welcome to the Atlassian community

I would suggest checking your logs to see what is happening.  If you do not see any errors in the Jira log you should take a look at your webhook settings to see if you have a setting there that is not correct.
