Integrating Jira with Helpscout
Hi there,
When using Jira on my end, I want to populate the ‘organization’ field, with data from helpscout tool our company uses for managing client data. We want to be able to access the same data from helpscout, in the drop down menu of our Jira tickets and issues. Below is an attached image of exactly what we want to troubleshoot between Jira and Helpscout.

The organization field gets it's data from the organizations that you have created in the project.
If you want to sync that with an external application you would have to use the REST API in order to do that. Your other option would be use the Help Scout to JSM app which can migrate organization over.
