I've been using the application, I've been able to create manual test cases but it happens from time to time that I can't access the application's information, since after clicking on the application link, it tries to load and then after a while the error message in in the attached image is shown.
It's like it gets "disconnected" since no elements are available, or the red X icon is shown while trying to save a test case modification and the saving process is not executed. Even when you go thru the existing issues, the message We're having trouble connecting to Manual Testcase. Try contacting the developer for support. appears where the test cases should be listed.
I emailed the support team and contacted them thru Skype but I haven't got a respond.
Is this happening to someone else? If so, how have you been able to solve it?
