We are using TeamBoard ProScheduler.
When we work on project via Gantt view we organize task by level.
When we work on program we lost the task structure .
How can we use the same structure both in project view and in program view?
Thank you for your answer
Hi @Mirco Mattarozzi ,
This is Teresa from Teamboard, an app that you mentioned.
Currently, the Gantt charts in Project and Program are managed individually. Our team is implementing a feature to sync the Gantt chart structure from Project to Program, and it will be released soon in the next sprint.
We will make an announcement when it is released.
If you have any other questions or concerns about our app features, please feel free to raise a support ticket in Support Desk to get further assistance.
Kind regards,
Teresa

Here are some steps and strategies you might consider to ensure consistent task structure in both views:
Standardize Task Hierarchy: Ensure that your task hierarchy (epics, stories, tasks, sub-tasks) is consistently applied across all projects within the program. This standardization helps in maintaining a coherent structure when you switch between different views.
Use of Components and Labels: Utilize Jira's components and labels to group tasks across projects. This can help in organizing tasks in a way that they maintain their structure and relevance in the program view.
Custom Fields for Program Context: Create custom fields that can be used to indicate a task's place within the program structure. This information can be used to filter and organize tasks in the program view to reflect the project structure.
Cross-Project Releases: If your program consists of multiple projects, leverage Jira's cross-project releases feature. This allows you to manage versions across projects and can help in visualizing how different tasks and milestones align in the program timeline.
Advanced Roadmaps: If you're using Jira Premium, Advanced Roadmaps provides a powerful way to plan and track work across multiple projects and teams. It allows you to create plans that reflect how different pieces of work fit together in the broader context of your program. You can use the hierarchy settings in Advanced Roadmaps to define a custom issue hierarchy, ensuring consistency across project and program views.
Automation and Integration: Consider using Jira's automation features or third-party integration tools to synchronize task structures between project and program views. Automations can be set up to update tasks in the program view based on changes in the project view, maintaining consistency.

From your answer I understand that it's correct that project structure is not maintained in Program view inside TeamdBoard ProScheduler.
I didn't expect it.
I'll try to find a solution with your hints.
