I'm using the import wizard to import issues from Jira Cloud to Software. All fields are working except Attachments. I'm getting a 403 error.
I was able to successfully import, including attachments, a few months ago. Now, I'm getting the 403 error.
Hi @Debbie Robertson ,
a 403 error typically indicates a permissions issue. Make sure that your user account in Jira Software has the necessary permissions to access and attach files to issues. Sometimes, permissions may have changed, or your role might have been modified.
If you're using an API token for authentication, ensure that the token is still valid and has the required permissions. If it has expired or lacks the necessary permissions, you might encounter a 403 error.
Also, sometimes, network issues can result in a 403 error. Ensure that your network connection is stable and not blocking any necessary ports or protocols.
Thank you! It was a permissions issue on the project level on the Jira Cloud instance.
