Import field missing using CSV

When I use the CSV batch import problem, it is clear that a field is configured in the project, but it cannot be mapped to the corresponding field during import, sometimes even the reporter cannot be mapped

Hello @wangzehong 

Are you accessing the Import function from the Advanced Filters screen or the Settings > System > External System Import screen?

Regular users have access to the former, and only JIRA Administrators have access to the latter.

With the former, not all fields are accessible. For some fields, only JIRA Administrators are allowed to import data and set the field, such as the Status field.

 

Please tell us specifically with method you are using to access Import, and which fields are missing.

We use the filter page, found that the reporter field, the general permissions of the staff is not able to import, thank you very much

Do you have a screenshot of the actual problem? I don't understand the exact issue.
