Import Word-Document to create bulk issues, Use Case meeting minutes with Actions and Decisions?

Hello Together,

we are working/looking for a solution import a custom word document based on some Jira Fields of a Jira Issue in order to create issues from Meeting Minutes. 

The required issues would be actions and decisions.

Jira has no import option for work documents to create issues.

The options are CSV or JSON, see documentation here
