Please advise what is the impact of changing a Status Category of an existing Status (potentially used) in multiple Workflows and Projects?

Hi @Yatish Madhav ,
for my knowledge, impacts could be at reports level. For example, on the release report you could have different vview of to do/in progress/done tickets.
