We've done like 200 tickets and more moving across the board on a weekly basis so why can't I pull a report? Please help!
If you see the tickets in Jira, are you trying to use the Standard reports? I've seen that many of the standard reports are using data from a test project, and you have to adjust them to get the reports to pull your specific data. You should be able to pull it up and there should be an edit button to dig deeper into the report.
Can you generate the reports using a filter and do you get data back? You can export that data or print that out.
Are there specific reports that don't work? Could you give an example?
Hi Dan, the board was configured outside of Sprints and without many epics assigned. Perhaps thats the issue? Lemme know, friend
