I want to find some contract admin/configuration skills?

Joe Dwyer August 14, 2019

We are using JIRA/Confluence/Tempo cloud and require some assistance with configuration/admin/training.  We are a small engineering company (20-people).  I see this as a service provider to work with us over time to refine our use of the platform rather than a Big Bang project.

Anyone out there with the knowledge to fit that profile.

Hi @Joe Dwyer,

there are plenty of partners out there who are happy to assist you. In addition to waiting for people to jump on this thread, you could have a look in Atlassian's partner directory to search for a partner in your region.

Cheers,
Matthias.

PS: I'm also working for a solution partner in Germany - but I somehow believe you're in a different region.

Thank you Matthias.  We are based in Sydney.  There are a couple of partners listed in our area.  I wanted to see what the community has to say on this topic as we look at options.

Regards,

Joe

We use Go2Group for additional support and research needs.  We purchase a block of hours and use them for different projects.

Hi Scott,

thank you for your input.  Just wondering how you manage a remote partner and how that interaction works?

Regards,

Joe
