When my tasks are created automatically by Jira, they appear in the Backlog and not on the Board. But how can I make it appear automatically on the Board?
Thanks for help :)
Hello @leo
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left.
If you are working with a Company Managed project then @John Funk 's answer applies.
If it is a Team Managed project there currently is no support for moving issues from the Backlog to the Board via Automation. There is a change request for that here:
Hello Trudy !
Thanks for the information!
I'm on a Team Managed project so I understand well now why I can't...
But with the automation, I can't create the task automatically on the Board ?

No. For a Team Managed project there is no support in Automation Rules for putting an issue on the Board. The issues will go into the Backlog.

Hi Leo- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Issues (tasks) will go to the first Status in your workflow when they are created. In many workflows that is the Backlog status. You can create an automation rule that transitions the issue to another Status that is mapped to the Board if you like (just make sure there is a transition between the Backlog Status and the new Status in your workflow).
Or you can turn the Backlog function off and move the Backlog Status to the first column of the board.

Thanks you John!
When you say :

Have you got a tuto please ?

Create a rule with an Issue Created trigger
Then add any Conditions you need to (if any) that will narrow down this type of issue to be transitioned automatically.
Then add a new Action for Transition Issue and choose the Status that you want to transition to.
