Hi team,
I'm surendaran I used to work on by teammate email ID until i complete KT, after completion of KT still i'm not able to logoff from my former employee mail id in atlassian and I'm trying to revoke his access from org & admin so that i can be a org& admin but jira is not allowing me to do that.
Kindly revoke muralidharan org&site admin and make surendaran as a Org&site amdin

I'm sure you might have already explored the Jira admin UI and the options to edit the permissions. May I request you to check this document give users admin permissions.
