I need look at the working hours of each developers over the time.

Hey, I need something to manage look at the progress of developers over time. Is there is anything in jira that shows working hours of developers. I need to report to my upper management about developers progress. Moreover I am using free version of jira so if there is app side app that can help. Need urgent help.
