De forma predeterminada, cualquier usuario puede crear proyectos administrados por el equipo; para limitar esto, haga lo siguiente.
- ir a la configuración del sistema
- elija la opción Permisos globales
- Eliminar todos los grupos con el permiso "Crear proyectos administrados por equipo"
