I keep getting logged out of the JIRA cloud slack app

Has everyone seen the issue of constantly needing to re-login to the JIRA cloud slack app?  It seems like I have to do this at least once a day.  Other users have said they are able to stay logged in.  It can be frustrating to have to go through the process yet again when you click on a link.  Any help on this issue would be very much appreciated.  Thanks!

Hey Andrew, welcome to the Community!

When you say that you need to re-login after clicking on a link, do you see the login message as a Slack response from the Jira Cloud bot - green "Log in" button like this:

Or is it a login window in your browser that's more along these lines:

Knowing which of these prompts you're getting will help me with the next-steps in troubleshooting.

I see the first screenshot, meaning the prompt telling me I'm not logged in.  Then when I click the button to log in, I get directed to the login screen via a browser.  Once I do that it logs me back into the slack app.

Hello @Andrew Levin ,

Sorry for late reply. I believe this thread got somehow lost at some point in time.

Can you kindly let us know if this is still an issue for you and further investigation is still needed?

In that case we might have to create a support request on your behalf. Another option would be to contact one of your site-administrators and ask them to create a support request for you by using the below link:

Same thing happens to me and it only resolves itself ( am able to get back into Jira) after I clear my browser cache and log in again. This is the message I get after clicking a Jira link in slack:
