A favor, as I can recover the data of all my scrums, I can not access my account, because I exceeded, all the free capacity. Now, I have the doubt that if there is a way to recover all the data I have in jira?

Hi @Dennys Gabriel Marquez Flores ,

Did you exceeded the size capacity? If so, your data is not removed.

If you can't access your account, that is a different situation. You'll need to check with your admin to check on your account. Keep in mind, you mentioned standard plan and standard plan can go up to 35k users.

thanks, I have one more question, in Jira I only have 10 users and in Confluence I have only 13 but it tells me that it is free. Why did I upgrade to Standart if I only have 10 users in the jira app?

Not sure unless at some point someone change the plan. I haven't heard of the plan automatically changing. Might want to hover the warning sign to see if there's any hint there. However, since you are at 10, you should be able to switch back to free.
