I have created 16 story backlogs under 4 boards in one project . For each board i tagged 4 stories but the problem is i am seeing all backlog 16 stories in all boards.what to do to view only 4 stories in particular each board.
Hi @Shaik Farzana ,
welcome to the community!
If I understand correct, you have created 4 sprint / kanban boards with a backlog?
All boards work following the principle of a filter. So if you have the same 16 stories on the 4 boards, it means the filter for all the boards is the same.
You will need to have a piece of information (project, issuetype, team, component,...) to use as a filter, and then create a filter for eacht to add to your boards using the board configuration.
Also be wary that you have a "fallback". i.e if you create a different board for the components in your project, think about where the issues without a component go, so you don't lose stories in a "black hole".
Hope this helps!
