I couln't to see the migration to cloud in my jira account

1. My Jira is hosted in the EC2 machine and we are testing her whether we can migrate the data to cloud.

2. I have checked my jira version it's above V8. and migration to cloud is working fine in the cloud hosted jira.

FYI, I have attached the screenshot of the console output and jira console page too.

Hi @Hemnath.N and welcome to the Community!

The Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) is a marketplace app. If it is installed on your Jira instance, you should be able to find it under the Import and Export section of system settings. To make sure it's (not) there, just type 'gg' and then in the dialog that appears type "Migrate to cloud".

If the option does not appear, just navigate to Jira admin > find apps and search for the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant to install it.

Thanks @Walter Buggenhout  I have checked under the Import and Export section of system settings. I can see the migrate to cloud but the page displays blank. right now I am searching Jira Cloud Migration Assistant on the Atlassian Marketplace for JIRA. it's still loading

As the message says: have a look into the logs what is going on there. It may be a good idea to reach out to Atlassian Support with your findings.

They may ask you to provide a support zip to diagnose the issue. For instructions on how to create it, see this support article.
