I couldn't complete sprint even though the all tasks has completed

I can't complete my previous sprint because it shows system error. Can you please look into that?

Hi @Dilki Nisansala and welcome to the community,

Can you please paste here an image of the error you are getting? Make sure that your issues are all in the status that is mapped to the column farthest to the right on your board. In addition, kindly check out this post:

Hmm.. There is an active incident https://status.atlassian.com/, but it's not related to the sprint. It could be a potential reason of not working though. I would suggest that you wait a bit and try again. While you wait, it would be great if you could:

  • Let us know if you have the "manage sprint" permission
  • If your colleagues also receiving the same message
  • Try releasing a sprint from a test project and see if the problem is the same

On my instance I can confirm that I can complete a sprint without a problem.

Mmm yes I have manage sprint permission and there's no any subtasks or linked task that has not completed. Yesterday onwards to till now I'm getting same error. Can you please looking into this?

@Dilki Nisansala I'm not an Atlassian support engineer. This is the Atlassian community and most of us here do not work for Atlassian. If you are on a paid plan, you can raise a request directly to Atlassian https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Hi @Dilki Nisansala ,

  •  Did you manage to perform 'Complete Sprint' task earlier?
  •  The other scenario may block this action is
    • The board may contain issues from other projects

Could you please share your board's filter query to verify?
