I’ve followed all the steps in the set up guide but I keep getting the following message:
Could not automatically create the relevant ticket in Jira because the Jira project or issue type specified in the integration's configuration is missing.
Yet, when I look in Jira I do have the Jira project AND the issue type specified (see attached).
Has anyone seen this issue before who could help me get these applications connected?
