I invited my team members to the project and now I can't assign them any task, however I granted them will all necessary permissions, but with no result, could you please assist me?
They are active members in JIRa
you can go to your settings and search for the "Permission Helper".
There you can select the user, issue and also the action you want to check. (In your case work on issue / assignable user)
The permission helper will tell you the exact problem.
