I can't assign a task to my team members

I invited my team members to the project and now I can't assign them any task, however I granted them will all necessary permissions, but with no result, could you please assist me?

They are active members in JIRa

Hi @Anzhela Davtyan

you can go to your settings and search for the "Permission Helper".

There you can select the user, issue and also the action you want to check. (In your case work on issue / assignable user)

The permission helper will tell you the exact problem.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask them! 😊

Kind regards

Hi @Brian Trepto

Thank you for your answer.

I check by permisson helper and received an error, that one of my team members

is not a member of any of these project roles: Administrator, Member, atlassian-addons-project-access
You can change this by going to the project roles and add role for that member, but when I tried to do that in that way I received a notification that On a free plan, you can't edit or customize this project's roles or permissions. Upgrade your plan to better control who can access this project.
Is it correct that I can't change roles or set up roles in free version?

Hi @Anzhela Davtyan

that's correct but in this case everyone should be able to assign issues.

Which permission scheme do you use? The default one?

Yes, I use the default one.

does it mean  that  as an administrator I can't assign any issue to my team members?
